What does Mango Weddings offer?

We focus on small destination wedding celebrations. We are a team of vendors who have worked together for over 5 years and many of us have been in wedding industry for longer.

Most of our wedding packages take place in Waimanalo ( South East Oahu if you'd like to view on a map ). We are happy to travel anywhere on Oahu if you already have another area in mind! Our packages are INCLUSIVE packages with all the vendors you need to plan a great wedding celebration.

We focus mostly on the island of Oahu but also can assist you on Kauai, Maui, and the Big Island. We focus on small destination wedding celebrations. Amanda ( Mango Weddings Lead Planner and Owner ) has worked in the wedding industry since 1999 and has been a vendor at over 700 weddings so far !

Do your packages include the beach permit for Hawaii Weddings?

Yes. Every package includes a beach permit for Hawaii Weddings.

When do I receive my photos back?

You'll see a preview gallery on the Mango FaceBook page in 7-14 days.
You'll receive your high resolution edited full photo set from WeTransfer.com in 3-4 weeks.

What paperwork is needed before we get married in Hawaii? Is it easy to get married in Hawaii?

STEP ONE:
I recommend starting the application it online and then signing it at the office Marriage Licenses.

STEP TWO:

You need to both apply in person
Bring your ID's with you.

Does your service include a wedding day timeline so we know in advance how the day will flow along with driving times?

Yes! As we plan your event, your wedding planner will suggest an ideal day of timeline for your package based on where you are staying. Your planner will give you the driving times to your beach wedding location (or venue location). We want you to feel comfortable knowing the day will flow well so this is included with every package.

Can we scout the beach location prior? If we want to bring our wedding party early on the day of to get a run down of where to stand is that ok?

Yes, of course! You'll have the area info so you can take a look before your event. You can arrive the day of 15-20 minutes early to get a run down from us too.

If we want a rehearsal on another day prior to our event, how much is this?

We can have a team member meet you on site and do your rehearsal for $120 - $190.

We are ready to book! How do we reserve our package? How much is the deposit to reserve?

Reserve your wedding package by calling 801 556 3301! Your wedding planner will give you a write a day of wedding plan and this plan will include a list of everything included on the package you are buying so that you have a copy .

A 50% deposit is due to reserve any package with the remaining amount due 7-14 days before your event.

You can submit this deposit to mangoweddingshawaii@hotmail.com via PayPal OR simply call us and ask for an invoice and we send an invoice so you can use any credit card to reserve

If you would like us to split your deposit into a couple smaller payments spaced a couple weeks apart , we can do that too!
